I do not enjoy the job anymore. Yes benefits and pay is great when im not fighting for payroll adjustments. I get tired of customers harping at me because packages delayed or next day air medical shipments not delivered nor picked up. When David Abney was in control i looked forward to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remembering the customers. Remembering the people. Get out snd lead and not stand around and let tge ship continue to sink. Give incintives to push for a better goal
