There is no such thing as leadership at UPS, it’s merely managing people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The worst thing UPS has done is become a publicly traded company. It’s all about the share holders. Employees are not treated with respect anymore

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Understaffed for the holiday season. Being “reactive “ instead of being “proactive “ to increased volume. Train temporary holiday employees sooner instead of throwing them into the fire. Figure out how to fix the ever increasing premium air service volume instead of constantly chasing it.
