It’s more about working 15-18 hours a day on salary. And YES that’s all year! Not just peak.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They to realize people lose effectiveness after too many hours on the job. Need more people in management to effectively get all tasks accomplished.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Completely theory X mgmt style. Totally negative. Complete adversity between mgmt and rank and file employees. Nobody works together. Everybody is SO overworked there’s no cooperation since it’s impossible to get your own work done which is why you have to work so many hours. Need realistic workload
