Better training and equipment and a feeling of good day work for good day pay

No motivation or cooperation between management and our lease no incentive to continue working harder or to give extra time

Fair pay for the hard working loader and unloaders. Some have been there long time and still can't make good money
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Truthfully it's just that I have a job wish there was more but with the lack of hours,pay,and training there's just not a lot of good
