The managers need to help their subordinates be successful. If the people who work under you are able to be successful then by default the entire organization will be successful.

Building positive relationships based on mutual respect. And try to seek input from the frontline supervisors to assist in the implementation of new processes. Many are far removed from the front line and are unaware of the daily activities their subordinates undergo to drive the business.
