What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers need to help their subordinates be successful. If the people who work under you are able to be successful then by default the entire organization will be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation, a clear management track with feedback. As a part time supervisor I believe some of my superiors have unrealistic expectations. And use negative reinforcement instead of consistent positive reinforcement for performance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Building positive relationships based on mutual respect. And try to seek input from the frontline supervisors to assist in the implementation of new processes. Many are far removed from the front line and are unaware of the daily activities their subordinates undergo to drive the business.
