Unity. Too many drivers worried about themselves. Management promotes a me environment. Look out for yourself and no one else.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the hours and hostile environment that management has deemed necessary to get the job done. You can’t put a dollar amount on it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management has created a work environment that is hostile and not healthy. Time allowances are unrealistic. We don’t provide service anymore. Get it on the truck and let the driver take care of it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat employees with respect. Stop the negative pcm’s everyday. If a driver Avg’s 10 stops per hour and you give driver 100 stops. Don’t complain when he works over 10 hours. Treat you employees better and you will get more out of them b
