Probably my co-workers. I have enjoyed the different people I have met and made friends with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to organize work areas and work faster. And stop hiding in the shadows to get out of working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care is the reason most people sacrifice sleep, and time with family and friends. The continued chiseling away from health care benefits and higher demands and deteriorating respect from upper management is making UPS a less desirable place to get up and work in the early morning hours.
