I am always treated like garbage for minute 1, as soon as I walk in the door. If some positive feedback from the previous day was expressed maybe it would be more enjoyable. Once again new and better supervisors are need in my building.
I feel that employees at ups are paid fail but treated very poorly. Never positive feedback from supervisors at least in the Cortland location. Time cards are constantly adjusted by management to fit their numbers better, so hours worked are cut and pay is less than it should be.
