Team work!! All of the drivers are willing to help their teammates... We understand that everyone wants to get home to their family. Communication between teammates. Got a question just ask. At the end of the day we have each other's back!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Package handling... people don't buy trash so why deliver a box that looks like trash!! Misloads and load quality... sure loaders don't make as much as drivers but they should still be held responsible for misloads. It's no good when you can't find a package!! Lastly dispatch... Orion needs work!!
