What is the best part about your compensation package?

Most of it. Good pay, great benefits and retirement options such as stock and 401k is a great incentive to work for UPS. Plus a retirement pension.

Our yearly sales plan is set up to fail so that a great majority are not rewarded for gains. These need to be aggressive but also realistic.
