Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When I was a partime employee my health benefits were better then the fulltime benefits you receive, yet you put in more hours per week and the risk of injury is a lot higher a fulltime driver. The CEO and board of directors are making record breaking profits and wantto short our pay and benefits

Our yearly sales plan is set up to fail so that a great majority are not rewarded for gains. These need to be aggressive but also realistic.
