Need to soend more time training new managers at my facility.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many managers friends with the hourly employees. Favortism along with inexperience = unhappy emoloyees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay and benefits for a 20 + year veteran but some fear of what the company wants to take away at each new contract.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Keeping structure of the company already established. Alot of very young managers with little experience and not enough mature management to shape them at my HUB.
