Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Aircraft mechanic starting wages are a joke. Every major airline in the country is starting at or about $30/hr. UPS has been forced to lower their requirements for new hires due to the low starting wages and has done nothing to correct the issue. BILLIONS IN PROFITS EVRY QTR AND THEY WANT CONCESSION
