Management is clueless and dispatch doesn't care at all. It used to be different. Mr. Casey would be rolling over in his grave.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management hires clueless kids from temp agencies to run dispatch while they hideout and divide up monthly building maintenance cash among themselves. No rugs (safety), no soap, no supplies, ect.
