I have been through 6 supervisors and 3 managers in a year enough said . And by the way most of them have left the company for greener pastures

Look at the profits and the last increase the CEO received then look at the percentage of raise over the last five year for the employee. For a service industry to treat the people supplying the service like that is a disgrace
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Automotive operations is an after thought and the old adage an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure does not exist in my department . Make the feeder department responsible for the tractor automotive. And make the package department responsible for the automotive package department.
