
Either they aren't capable or willing to pay me accurately for hours worked. Constantly having to fix my paychecks after the fact.
Newer people in particular have never really learned the job. They are pampered throughout their training process and become lazy, slow, and helpless employees.
Its needs to be treated more like a job and less like a labor camp. Supervisors are required to find things wrong with what you're doing even if they have to invent a problem.
