It would be a great place to work if they didn't single out the hard workers an make them work harder wile the lazy ones just didn't nothing wile makeing the same pay
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are 50/50 you have the hard workers that do the work because it is there job an then you have the other people who don't wanna work an are protected by the union an just drag everyone down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Worst environment I have ever worked in the hub had no ac to it was allways the worst thing in the summer so everyone is hot sweaty an just angry to be there wile still only a handful of people actually working an other just standing around complaining
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm not sure if it wasn't just my hub or not but the upper management didn't have a clue of what was actually going one wile lower management was treated like dogs even though most of them were trying there best with what they had, so they need a better handle on what actually goes on inside the hub
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I found a better job but when I did it was rarely a happy day to go to work I would say the only thing I would look forward to is getting it over with an being done for the day I wouldn't recommend working at ups to anyone unless they just was to finish school an leave
