
Coworkers are one thing, managment is something entirely different. Anyone who is my cowerker is not managment.
Company should value my home life, and respect workers and customers the way customers expect, and at least try to follow the agreed upon contract between the comps and workers
Leadership should lead by example and not create an advisarial work environment. Stepping over a dime to pick up a dollar and holding the workforce accountable for it is not good business.
Harassment needs to stop, targeting specific employees. And most of all people need to be treated like people not robots. Mistakes happen and workers should not be treated as criminals for that.
