My coworkers are often great, but the company is regularly putting us against each other to take focus off the fact that it’s their fault.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management and corporate need to stop treating hourly employees as expendable and contemtable. Their hatred and abuse of hourly employees is blatant and needs to stop.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

UPS’s greed and selfishness are going to swallow it. Year after year of record breaking profits in the billions and they still treat hourly employees like garbage and have the gall to demand concessions from us in every contract.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Every one of them is a soulless, lying, horrible excuse for a human being. They want only to fire the employees who’ve been there the longest so they can be replaced by new-hires who get payed less than half and are forced to work far longer. Only the worst people get promoted to upper management
