
Company is achieving record profits and asking employees to make concessions. They only care about stock holders. Harassment, disrespect, and retaliation are the 3 things management does best.
Management. Get management to train new employees and work with us to get the work done. Management at UPS is about power and control not about making operations better or smoother.
Communication. They have no real training skills. The threaten employees jobs as a way to fix things. They don't really know how to actually help employees only how to tell them what they've done wrong.
They are worn down from being over worked and verbally abused by management. Employees only care about getting through the day. Wish employees would care about the team as a whole instead of just themselves but they are too concerned with being discliplined.
