Leadership is non existant. Worst management there is. But it starts at the top. With the rich CEOs who get huge rewards for the back breaking mentally exausting efforts of the little guy who loads a pkg car or the route Driver who is the " FACE", of the company. No $ is worth peace of mind.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get more help to accomplish the massive task you want out of the few. Btw I no longer work for UPS but I did for nearly 18 yrs. Loved the job but lost faith in the company. They were not there for me when I was struggling thru life issues. I had no more reason to be there.
