What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much of a work load, you'll break the camels back, why have 225 stops outside of peak?! Even during peak, its a lot
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Always trying to point fingers and come up with someone to hold accountable. Trying to figure out a solution to the problem at hand instead of point fingers seems like a more valuable use of time. Def a lot more communication, and some positive feedback instead of only negative verable abuse/threats
