Better organization and an understanding of the entire work process of the hourly employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is not high enough for the amount of hard work that is required. Better pay would be appreciated and less stress from management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There is Too much stress put on the loaders and drivers. We can only perform as much as humanly possibly, yet management expects miracles especially from the younger new employees. It needs to stop and more people need to be hired.
