What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have almost 50k in safe work days so we always talk safety first. In order to stay safe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We usually get a lot. But there are times when it's like a episode of the Jerry Springer show. By the next day everyone will be a happy family
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just communication to be honest. Not so much with employees but other managers. Because I'll hasve 3 different mangers tell me to do something else as I'm directed off what the first manger asked.
