
Integrity. Lying is rampant. Harassment seems to be company’s core technique of management.
They need to learn value of teamwork instead of making secretive deals for the individual.
Management vs hourly. More technology mixed with less common sense. It’s a gold mine with poor management. Could be far better.
Actually wanting to change culture for the better instead of just giving lip service to the media. It would take years to reverse this culture but it could return to what company was founded on.
