What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The amount of hours we work make for a poor quality of life. My body is in pain and everyday the thought of “ this could be it for me “ , crosses my mind. I understand that a 9.5 hour day is expected but when dispatches aren’t monitored fairly the 11 and 12 hours days seem unjust
