What leadership? We have none. 7 'supervisors' all making decisions, no communication between them
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honestly, we can all bond over how incompetent the management team is. We basically struggle with them as a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Very, very hostile. I can't believe my supervisor hasn't had multiple lawsuits against him. We share a center manager so he's rarely there to see it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Certain management personnel. As stated, our center manager has duties at another center, which is quite common from what I gather. Which leaves other management to squabble over who is in charge.
