I've worked for other companies and pay&Benifits are not comparable. We at UPS get so many things that the general working population doesn't come close to getting.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop looking at their bonuses and help out the laborers. We work hard everyday but instead of looking out for our well being and family time. They are more worried about bonuses and keeping wall street happy.
