This job has been frustrating for no logical reason.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization and paying people correctly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have paid me the wrong amount of money 6 or 7 times in the last 4 months.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They mess up pay, they have lied to me multiple times, and they are rarely organized. I work for the airport in Middletown PA shipping cargo.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot of the older union workers come up with reasons to yell at other workers that are invalid and contradictory it happens regularly and is very frustrating.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The teamsters rarely have valuable contributions to the job. Most of the time all they do is complain when we do good work. They never come up with plans to improve workflow rather they always try to find something wrong when we are doing things right. No constructive criticism.
