Corporate pays to much attention to Stock holders. They have no real idea of how long a delivery takes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is so far removed from our job. They only know what books teach them. They can’t make a real decision because most of them can’t do the job they direct us to to. They are only puppets.
