Supervisor’s get paid .60 more and are responsible for 18X the work load. Supervisors work without breaks and tag them on at the end of the shift.

Better training should be provided, more hours should be available for high seniority employees, supervisors should be encouraged to work with a sense of professionalism and team effort.
