All pretty good people. Caring and fun.

Good people mostly in my area.

The work out I get. And the medical health care.

Genuinely care about your well being. My direct super anyway. Manager is terrible though.

Motivating by yelling at you, and threatening job security isn't effective.... a please, thank you, and positive comments go farher....
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance is amazing!! Vision is getting better (as of yesterday 3/3!), dental is trash. But all dental is garbage at every company....
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Manager in the unload micromanage, talks down to people, and changes things that are working well just to change them... also, could use a few more people. Always short workers daily.
