My coworkers, the work itself, and the benefits.
The people I work with and -very- select management are positive and respectful, so I try to be as well.
Communication, accuracy, honesty. We are constantly told things were removed from our contract that were not, and things added that were not, in the favor of getting more work done vs safety and time consumed.
My coworkers are excellent. We give each other a nice environment. We get the job done without interfering with each other, while maintaining positive vibes. You step up to management and planning, however... They don't know how to communicate effectively with me and my coworkers.
Because I get paid 20/hr to handle 1000pieces/hr. That's 2c a piece, when last I checked, the minimum a customer pays (Big corps with a deal) is 2.99. Normal, every day customers pay at least $10 to ship one ground package. I make less than 1% of the money I make my company.
