Professionalism. College degrees in management and Logistics. Hard to work for someone that has no education.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working in a sespool environment. Toxic at all levels. Building needs to be properly maintained cleaned and fix. No human and animal fecis on the ground. Smells like a stock yard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Shorter hours so we are aloud to have family time, proper diet and nutrition ans doctors and professionals have stated over and over as to what’s right. Five hour sleep, no stress relief. Nothing positive happens after eight hours of work.
