I feel used and not considered. I work and do what they ask to move up and instead i get overlooked with no clear answer

Better at developing its employees, communication and morale.

Morale needs to be raised by seeing that the company is investing in me

Overall management and compensation but morale needs to change. Allow employees feel like they matter
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pension cut, wage is decreased every year due to living cost and insurance. Amount of work and stress is not compensated properly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They have no incentive to be there except money and that alone is not enough. Makes it for a uphill battle for morale
