What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hop on car with a driver who follows the safety methods to a T and you will realize that some of the methods only shoot progress in the foot.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Excessive overtime is a real problem. Management fakes numbers to make bonuses, Corperate then sees those fake numbers as real and tries to improve them more. It results in drivers doing more and msire stops every day, then being threatened and harrassed by management for not being able to keep up.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Remove the stops per car rule. You made 5 BILLION DOLLARS LAST YEAR. Climb out of your ivory tower and ride with the drivers for a week and see that what you put on paper doesn't always work in the real world... Without our Union it would be impossible to do this job for 30 years.
