It's not enjoyable. My coworkers make it much more tolerable compared to the actual place.

I enjoy working with my coworkers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with each other and admitting that they're not always right, as well as listening to their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The contract cheats us out of money and fair pay. I should be making twice as much as I do now.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly there isn't much you can do to make it better besides installing fans so we don't pass out in the summer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a miserable and depressing place. Better pay would make it more worth while, or matching or at least adding to a 401k
