Great communication, teamwork, and comraderie. My team, in particular, is very cohesive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The compensation is too low for new employees but they also get bonuses that NO ONE ELSE GETS. Employee retention is ATROCIOUS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our new hires make too little. Their starting pay needs to increase by at least $4 and the rest of us need our pay increased accordingly. Non union employees deserve a pension and equal benefits to union employees.
