Much better training. A better work ethic.

Need a CARE mentality. Not so much of a body to make an attempt to finish.

More team concept and not so much "I". All areas must learn to work together and not against.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Terrible. Managers with no experience trying to tell you how to do a job. You have 25+ yrs and they have less then 1 yr of experience.
