Younger group (newer hires) doesn't have a clue about quality. Most are reckless with their driving, as well
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect for us. More drivers on the road. We are all so tired that it will lead to more accidents.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company ethics is at an all time low, but yet workers are threatened with termination for honest mistakes. I could write a book on what's going wrong. Heck, maybe I will :)
