Allow local managers to determine the number of routes needed daily. Reevaluate the formula for determining time allowances for routes.
It’s good, but it used to be better than it is, competed to other labor industries. Skilled plumbers, carpenters, AC guys, etc... make more money.
They’re out of touch with the day-to-day of the job. Their decisions make our interactions with customers less meaningful. They treat employees as renewable resources instead of like people with families.
