We all as coworkers help each other and work together, Management helps when they are allowed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Like I said company needs to go back to there roots and go back to customer service instead of stock holder and upper managements pocket

Company has no respect for the hourly employees that actually make the money. They are only concerned about the stock holders and the upper managements pockets
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to realize that the company needs to go back to there roots and take care of the customers not the pockets of the stock holders etc. we wouldn’t be here with out the customers, WE DONT SELL ANYTHING! It’s only a service
