What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They have no clue as most of them never delivered a package like old school executives did

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

You need to re organize the management structure. More management people of quality and treat them better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less hours, you need to re organize division level. Need people who are closer in touch with employees. My division manager knows nobodies name. Awful
