I like that they work with my schedule if I ever have anything going on, as long as I communicate to them.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am getting a work out in for free basically, I like feeling like I have satisfied other people by helping them get their packages on time or just delivered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like because I have been there for so long I should be making more and they still haven't made a new contract for us, nervous we may go on strike.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Things go wrong quickly there and it is always one person just not doing their job or just not really caring about how they do it so problems occur a lot and there can be a lot of yelling and miscommunication
