Upper management is only looking out for their bonus. While F...ing lower management. UPS used to care about us all. Then they went public. Now we don’t matter!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our old school people are so awesome & proud of the job. New kids have lost the good vibe as they are not trained or treated as well as previous employees.
