What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In spite of the effort to stay competitive there is a lack of cooperation between centers and regions. This seems to be a holdover from when UPS did not have much competition and so, at least on the operations side, had different centers and regions competing against each other. this no longer works
