Respecting there employees not treating someone like a number in a computer document

Wages are too low to live in so we get the bottom of the barrel as far as work ethic
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is by far the best part but the job is also extremely physically demanding most drivers have a minimum of one knee surgery
