Everyone is treated with respect and there's an atmosphere of care and concern

Each individual wants to do quality work, each one is a team player, and the whole team comes together when it's needed most.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Basically the facility is outdated, which makes unloading and loading very strenuous positions. Also a lack of scanners for each preloader means a higher misload frequency.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Investing in the smaller facilities that are seeing a growing demand but not enough financial investment to meet the demand. The facilities need updates and more employees need to be added to loading, unloading, and driving positions.
