They encourage self-improvement and taking care of yourself. Helps to keep important things like your health and wellness priority.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are so busy if you have the luxury of having an extra pair of hands around that's rare. We are overworked and underpaid. working at UPS as more physical than most sports.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate. There's a big gap between supervisors preloaders and drivers it's like we don't play on the same team. Having a degree is nice but if you can't lead all the degrees in the world won't help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working at ups is hard work a lot of wear and tear on the body. Add to that the 2 a.m. start times and workers get wore out fast. Plus they catering to young kids who can't make it to work on time and miss all the time. Full-time employees should not be punished for their loyalty. That's how it goes
