during normal season, the interview process takes about 5weeks, but you get empolyed almost immediately during peek season
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they paid $10 before, now $13 per hour, i wish they could increase to at least $17 per hour for loader/unloaders
